My moment is total, immobilising overwhelm and I’ve got to find my way out of it because it’s too much.

I feel like I’m being pulled in so many different directions. Like all the pieces of my life are screaming “pick me, pick me, pick me” and I feel split between them all, so I become immobilised.

I’m feeling overwhelmed by stuff. By plans. By commitments. By time. By family. By social media. By have to’s and want to’s. By food. By expectations. By lack of motivation. By lack of energy. By lack of connection. By sadness. By noise. By digital clutter. By questions. By doing the right thing. By doing the wrong thing. By perfectionism. By failing.

If you’re feeling like this too, smash that ❤️

It’s time to look within. Let’s not look to the crowd to answer our deepest questions (let’s get real those things up there ⬆️ they’re pretty deep and they lay heavy).
