I couldn’t resist making this Beautiful Friendship teacher gift for my children’s teachers as an end of year gift to acknowledge all the hard work and hours my children’s teachers have put into providing a classroom that my children love being a part of!
The first gift I have made for the female teachers is this gorgeous sticky note holder. Male teachers may appreciate a Kit Kat Treat!
The sticky notes and pen were bought from Kmart. I love these sticky note packs as they have a large sticky area that really sticks to where-ever you place it.
Beautiful Friendship Teacher Gift: Sticky Note Holder Recipe
You will need a Magenta Madness base, some Melon Mambo and Very Vanilla card stock.
Granny Apple Green, Pear Pizzaz, Just Jade, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo and Magenta Madness were my chosen ink colours for the flowers.
Using the Beautiful Friendship stamp set stamp the large flower in Magenta Madness onto Very Vanilla (12 cm x 6.5 cm) in the centre of the Very Vanilla card stock and stamp the flower stamen in Melon Mambo.
Stamp a large flower onto sticky note paper and fussy cut. Secure this as a mask over your stamped flower.
In the upper left and right hand side of the large stamped flower, stamp a small flower in Flirty Flamingo.
Ink the tall flower cluster in Just Jade and stamp on the upper right and twice on the left side of the large stamped flower.
Stamp every corner of the Very Vanilla card stock stamp the leaves in Granny Apple Green. Using the second leaf stamp, ink it up with Pear Pizazz and stamp randomly along all the edges of the Very Vanilla card stock.
Remove the mask from the large stamped flower and admire your artistry!
Mount the stamped Very Vanilla topper to Melon Mambo (12.5 cm x 7 cm).
Adhere this panel to the front of the sticky note holder.
Sticky Note Holder Recipe
First, take a piece of Magenta Madness cut 20 cm x 14 cm.
Score at 8.5 cm, 9.5 cm and 10.5 cm.
Measure along the score lines to 6 cm. Using a craft knife cut from the first score line to the third score line. Repeat at 8 cm.
Burnish all score lines. Mountain fold first and third score lines. Valley fold second score line. Mountain fold the slit area to create a pen holder.
The area between the second score line and third score line is secured to the base with multipurpose glue.
