Let’s start by talking about the star of our project – the vibrant and captivating Calypso Coral color. This shade radiates warmth and happiness. It’s perfect for creating cards that convey love, joy, and celebration. To create with a no-waste template, start by selecting your favorite patterned paper and then cut according to measurements that will go with a set of card maps.

Stunning Results With Gorgeously Made And Lemon Lolly

Today’s card features the Gorgeously Made stamp set and the new Stampin’ Up! Care colour Lemon Lolly to create this gorgeous thinking of you card.

The Lemon Lolly colour is a new addition to Stampin’ Ups!® Subtles colour family and is our focus for today’s hop.

I have gone with a simple card, stamping the card base with the background stamp, a few layers of patterned paper and die cut flowers.

What You Need

Stamps/Bundles: Gorgeously Made bundle, Sentimental Park
Inks: Lemon Lolly
Paper: Lemon Lolly, Pretty Peacock, Bright & Beautiful patterned paper, Basic White card stock
Other: Brushed Brass Butterfly embellishments, Bakers Twine

Gorgeously Made Card Recipe

Begin with a Lemon Lolly card base (29.5 cm x 10.5 cm). Stamp the background writing stamp randomly over the card base.
Cut a piece of Basic White 7.5 cm x 14.8 cm.
Using Lemon Lolly reinker place one drop of ink onto a clear stamp block. Add a few drops of water to the ink and mix using a water painter.
Load up the water painter with ink and tap over the Basic White to achieve a dappled background.
Die cut from Pretty Peacock card stock two notebook edge pieces.
Adhere to the back of the Basic White card stock.
Cut a piece of patterned paper 7.5 cm x 3 cm and adhere across the middle of the Basic White card stock.
Stamp three of the Gorgeously Made leaf images onto Basic White card stock and fussy cut. Tie the stems with a piece of Baker’s Twine.
Stamp the sentiment Just For on the top left of the patterned paper, following the edge. Then stamp You at the bottom left following the edge of the paper.
Using a glue dot and some multi-purpose glue adhere the flowers to the card front.
Randomly adhere the Brushed Brass Butterflies to the card front.

Inks: Memento Black, Pear Pizzaz
Paper: Basic White, Shimmer card stock, Pumpkin Pie card stock, Perfectly Pencilled designer series paper
Other: Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends, Pear Pizzaz Stampin’ Write Markers, Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Write Markers, Crushed Curry Stampin’ Write Markers, Mango Melody Stampin’ Write Markers, Multi-purpose liquid glue, Stampin’ dimensionals, twine

Cute Bear Stamp Birthday Card Recipe

Take a piece of A4 Pumpkin Pie card stock, cut in half and fold to make a card base.
Cut a piece of Perfectly Pencilled designer series paper 14.3 cm x 10 cm. Cut a piece of Shimmer card stock 14.3 cm x 10 cm. Keep aside a scrap piece, large enough to stamp the bear onto.
Cut another piece of designer series paper 10 cm x 5 cm and cut a banner edge.
Stamp bear image on shimmer card piece and on the scrap piece with Memento Ink. Stamp grass in Pear Pizzaz at base of bear on the card piece.
Colour bear images with Light Crumb Cake first, then Dark Crumb Cake around edges before returning to blend it all in with the Light Crumb Cake.
Colour heart with Mango Melody.
Using Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzaz, Crushed Curry and Mango Melody colour the designer series paper.
Adhere the designer series card front layer to the card front.
Attach the banner at the top left.
Stamp sentiment in Memento Black and cut into a banner. Adhere across the bottom of the banner.
Tussle the twine and adhere to right side of the banner.
Attach bear image using foam dimensionals over the top of the twine.
Decorate the inside of your card: Adhere stamped card stock to the inside of your card.

And inside the card…

A great card to send to any kid on your list!

How To Make This Handmade Heartfelt Card For Best Friend

Are you looking for a handmade card to give to your best friend?

What you need

Blushing Bride from Stampin’ Ups!® Subtle colour family is our focus and I have gone with Blushing Bride cardstock stamped with the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Blushing Bride ink.

Next I have used the Biggest Wish stamp set…how much do you love this stamp set?…

And stamped ‘hello’ in Blushing Bride on a Basic White label punched with Label Me Lovely.

Finally, I stamped ‘friend’ in Memento ink and a tussle of white twine completes the supplies you need.

How to make this heartfelt handmade card for best friend

Easy Best Friend Card

It really is a simple card to make.

Begin with Blushing Bride card stock and fold to make your card base.
Ink up the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set with Blushing Bride ink and stamp your card front.
On scrap Basic White card stock stamp ‘hello’ in Blushing Bride.
Then stamp ‘friend’ in Memento over the ‘hello’ sentiment.
Punch out the sentiment with the Label Me Lovely punch.
Wind some white twine around your fingers and lay on the card front, bottom left corner.
Check some of the thread pokes out from the top and bottom of the label before using glue dots to secure to card front.
Adhere foam adhesive to the label and adhere to the card front over the twine.
